On September 2nd, Hengtong launched the first session training program for our international employees. With over 30 outstanding employees from more than 10 countries in Suzhou, this program marks a significant step in Hengtong's commitment to global collaboration and talent cultivation.

During the opening ceremony, Mr. Cui Wei, President of Hengtong Group, welcomed the Hengtongers from across the world and emphasized the importance of globalization and localization for lasting growth. Representatives from Spain and South Africa gave speeches and shared thoughts.

The program will span nine days, incorporating site visits, specialized training, interactive exchanges, benchmark company visits, cultural experiences, and more. Through a series of communications and interactions, the employees of Hengtong family will share expertise with each other, and hand in hand drive the company forward with better service to the customers.
